I have been using this business for several months. I’ve waited to submit a review so that I would have several experiences to base my thoughts on. I am very satisfied with their service and the repairs that they have done for me. I will continue to use this business, and will not be taking my car anywhere else. The prices are fair in the service is excellent. No complaints from me.

Had to use them instead of my normal shop because of scheduling issues. Slow and pretty expensive.

Chris, thank you for your feedback. Sorry your normal shop couldn't accommodate you due to scheduling issues. We have been doing our best to try and get vehicles in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. According to my records we serviced your vehicle the same day it was brought in. Please call me at 319-372-2478 and let me know why you considered that slow and what was pretty expensive about an A/C diagnostic and recharge so we can improve our services. Nannette Griffin

Awesome customer service great oil changes. However other things are a little pricey. Well now we know why Thanks for the 411 Owner. At Griffin your getting an amazing back up on all work done and not just for a month, like some places. Check them out 🕉️✊🏽🙅🏽‍♀️

We will seem a little pricier than most shops because no one in our area backs their service with a Nationwide 36 months/ 36,000 mile Parts AND Labor warranty. We do use premium parts so you have peace of mind you don't have to pay for the same repair again due to a defect. However, if there is a defective part or workmanship, we have you covered at over 12,000 independent repair shops across the U.S.

Good work but too expensive. My break light was out and had water in it. They quoted me $300 to fix it. I went to O'Reilly's and my husband fixed it for $41.

Hi Brittney, do you have more information so I can look up exactly what we were quoting, like year, make and model and your last name? $300 to $41 is a big spread, so something doesn't seem right to me so I would like to get to the bottom of it. Our quotes are saved in the computer and I can't find anything. Thank you, Nannette Griffin

I have used Griffin on numerous occasions and have been pleased every time. The work is always done well and nothing is done without first notifying me which I like. The reception and all staff have been awesome and knowledgeable in their respective area, I will be using Griffin for the foreseeable future and I never have to worry if the work being done is being done right, I just know.
