Griffin Brake and Muffler is a great business to have in Ft. Madison. The owners and employees are always very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any work needed.

Our brakes were grinding and grabbing. We were anxious about going anywhere and only have one vehicle. We are from out of state, temporally staying in Nauvoo. When I called in the morning they were so nice and said they would try to work us in that day. This was a Friday. A friend followed me to their shop so I could leave it. They said as soon as a bay opened, they’d get it in. Two mechanics worked on it to get it done. By 5:30 that evening we had new brakes! They also checked the car for any other issues and everything looked good. I have never dealt with kinder people! They took photos of the damaged parts and documented what they found-We were super impressed!! Thankyou😊

Had my dual exhaust installed, found out my catalytic converters was out. Had made a quick appointment on the spot and they had about my whole exhaust changed and fixed in less then 2 days. Amazing customer service and treatment. A great business I will take all of my vehicles there for exhaust now on! Great to work with and relative and affordable prices. Can’t beat it
