I always have a good experience at Griffin Muffler. The reason I left the dealership before I came to Griffin was that I always asked for an estimate for planned work. The dealership never followed up with an estimate. Griffin has always provided that information.

Friendly people great service .never have had a problem as of yet . And price of the work done was surprisingly responsible.

Always fast prompt service, nice waiting area. Service is great, help me with things now, and what I should consider down the road. Good thing I scheduled a wheel balance, and check on my vehicle. My battery was low on amps, and just got under my 2 year warranty, that was great, replaced no charge. Did get oil change also.
