I dropped by Griffin Muffler unannounced and without an appointment. I had not been to Griffin Muffler before this. I had an exhaust problem that rendered the vehicle unsafe to drive. They had my vehicle back on the road the next day. They treated me like an old friend even though I had just met the staff there. They did quality work and did not break the bank. I will be seeing more of Griffin Muffler in the future. I already have an appointment for another vehicle.

I found Griffins when Clark was working out of the garage next to his home, so you have to know that was a long time ago. One of the things I admire most about Clark is his ability to diagnose problems. Most recently, I knew I had a big problem, and needed to get it fixed. When I sat down with him and described the symptoms, the first two ideas he mentioned were tires and brakes. He was right, for I needed both new tires and extensive front brake repairs. I am so pleased with how quickly they got me in and the quality of their work. I'll be back next time my Toyota needs service or repairs.

The problem that had appeared on our car had been ignored by a dealer service center, even when I had mentioned it prior to an oil change. When I told Clark about the symptoms, he immediately diagnosed what the problem probably was even before he looked at it. Sure enough that was it. They got my car in right away, and after ordering parts, did the repairs quickly. My biggest surprise was the cost, but I shouldn't have been, considering the extent of the work. They did a very good job.

Griffin's always treats me right, took truck in for service but they always look everything over to catch things that need attention or might leave me stranded. Excellent shop to do business with, they been taking care of me for close to 20 years.

Great staff. Good solid work. Ive taken vehicles to them a few times. They always do a nice job of fixing things but what gets them the 5 stars is the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful, its as if you are turning your vehicle over to family, only these guys know what they are doing.
